We've got plans today. First pit stop was to get the tixs for Norbit's. Its first screening today. Went over to Jurong point to get the tixs before going over to cuzin Fauzi's housewarming. Since we were at Jurong area, why not just catch the movie there, rite? Shopping centres are quiet today. 1st day CNY lah kata kan.

2nd pit stop was of course the dearest cuzin's place. Nicely renovated I shld say. Love the layout. For a 109sqft-4A-house priced at $207K is really not bad. Compared to my-100sqft-4A- housed priced at $245K..but the location plays a part. Jurong flats has always been comparably cheaper than flats in the east. If not for yours truly-nak-dekat-ngan-tempat keja-dia punya pasal, mmg tak tgl lah aku pat east ni. So used to staying in the west. Maklum lah..mak pat sana..siblings pat sana..kwn2 byk pat sana..most importantly, ex-bf pon pat sana..kekekek...but...I can't be resistance to change lah kan...I know I am easy to adapt to any situation pon. Alhamdulillah. My current abode is considered a blessing actually. 4 years back, we went hunting for flats in Tampines. One advert caught our attention. A chinese owner wanted to sell his flat with $5k downpayment. We contemplated initially to view the flat. The next day, we saw the same advert but the downpayment was decreased to $3K. We decided to view it the next day. By the tym we viewed it, the agent was telling me that its $0k downpayment lah!!!! Ape lagi...kita cepat2 grab ar. Before our turn to view the house, there was one Malay couple who seems very interested in the flat. But their look of contemplation were written on their faces. When it was our turn, we made a brief tour to the whole flat and signed the agreement thereafter without delay. hehehe..Alhamdulillah. This is wat we called rezeki..datang dgn berbagai bagai cara. On top of that, the owner left us with the brand new air-cons in all the 3 bedrooms. hehehhee...Rezeki lagi..hehehe..Till today..it has always been our humble abode...haven't tot of moving elsewhere. belum jelak lagi org kata. hehehehe..

K. enuf talks abt flats. So, after the housewarming, we went to Jurong point to catch Norbit on screen. Boy, the movie is hilarious. Being me who laughs very loud, often a tym during the show, yours truly had to remind me to control my laughter. Its that funny. At the end of the show, little did I realised that Mr Wong is actually Eddie murphy too!!!! Hahahaha...Go watch it, man!!!!

I am back at home now after our supper at Simpang bedok. Kinda sleepy now...gotta hit the sack now..Chiao...
